The garage space accommodates only small and medium-sized vehicles, not being suitable for pickup trucks or 4x4 trucks.
ATTENTION: The condominium currently has units under construction, and there may be noise between business hours from Monday to Friday. Construction work is prohibited on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Guest access
- It is necessary to send in advance the full names and a copy of an official government-issued ID with photo of all guests from your country, as early as possible.
- Visitors are not allowed. The rental of the unit is for the exclusive use of the guests registered in the reservation.
- Check-in time is from 3 p.m. and check-out time must be by 11 a.m. Warning! If the check-out time is not respected, fines may be applied.
The possibility of early check-in or extended check-out will be subject to availability and contracting. If you are interested, talk to our service team at the time of your booking or during your stay for contracting.
- Check the hours of operation and restrictions of the social areas and correctly follow the instructions of the condominium for access and use of the common areas.
- Our properties are all residential and do not include breakfast, cleaning or housekeeping services.
- Consult us in advance about the possibility of conducting photo sessions and/or filming at the property.
Other things to note
- Linens: We provide complete linens with bed linen; bath and face towels; bathroom floor towel, floor cloth and dish towel. We provide toilet paper and amenities (soap, shampoo and conditioner) upon your arrival. Items are not replenished during your stay.
- If necessary, B.Homy offers a linen exchange service. Request the price list through our service channels, place your order and schedule the exchange. We follow all cleaning and sanitizing protocols for items that will be delivered properly packaged.
