Very nice 1 bedroom flat in a new building located in a quiet street, in south bank area of Elephant & Castle. Very neat and well decorated with matching colours, you will enjoy staying there! The balcony with dining area and view over inside court is definitely a plus!

The space

This flat has a lot to offer for people who want to come and have a chill trip in London.
It is in a lovely and new apartment block and has got 1 bedroom with comfy double bed, and the sofa bed in the living room can sleep an extra 2 people. This same living room has got a dining room and an open fully equipped kitchen.
Big plus to it: the very nice balcony! A lovely wooden table will await your meals outside on nice and warm days!
You will have access to TV and DVD player, the bathroom has a bath and there will be plenty of storage at your disposal.
Linen and towels are provided!

The neighbourhood

Elephant & Castle has been turning into a very appreciated area for its local product and its interesting new places opening everyday! Just South of Southbank, it is a great place to stay!

Getting around

The flat is located a lovely 15mn walk from both Elephant & Castle and Kennington tube stations and 5mn ride by bus.
It has got plenty of shops to go grocery shopping and the neighbourhood is lovely.

The flat is a lovely flat just off the main road in a newly errected housing complex just off the Camberwell Road. The flat is very modern, well equipped and was perfect for our low key new years eve. The lounge is a good size, with a decent sofa bed, onto a table for 4 with a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was clean and airy and there was plenty of hot water for all 4 of us. The bedroom was a good size with cosy bedding. Parking is at a premium - if you are coming over a mon-friday you are looking at £2.60 an hour with max stay on any one street for 2hrs. You might need to look at some form of long stay parking if here for a prolonged visit. We stayed over a weekend so it wasnt too much of an issue. Aside from parking, would recommend this property to stay in. Short walk to kennington of Elephant and Castle tube stations.

Great stay, lovely place. It is a 15 min walk to Kennington Station and a 20 min walk to Elephant and Castle Station.

We didn't meet the host but instructions were very clear and the flat was clean and warm. The towels were very small. Bath towels would have been appreciated and in hindsight the charge for cleaning was a bit on the high side.

Beautiful apartment in a really cool area, check in was lovely and we really enjoyed our time. Some amenities were faulty inc blender and loose bathroom door but otherwise everything was perfect

Clean...quiet...modern...convenient located...safe flat in London. 7 bus routes connect to tube and major tourist locations. 2 secure doors into unit before the front door. Many reasonable restaurants within 4 blocks...and 2 pubs. Convenient to a food market for groceries. We needed a microwave and the management company went out and bought one for our use within 24 hours. Neighborhood reflects the diversity ofmodern London. Large park 3 blocks away for jogging. Gym with daily rates 3 blocks away. Bottom line ggod value for a nice unit.
