Here is the description of your place:

Bedroom, private bathroom, private toilet in old barn renovated in a particularly quiet location but close to Agen.

The bedroom has direct access to the garden and exterior and interior closures. It offers a wide choice of pillows and its bedding is new.

The bathroom, completely renovated, and the toilet are for private use. They are not adjacent to the room but are located in a nearby hallway.

No parking issues. There is also a storage room for bicycles and/or motorcycles.

Guest access
In addition to your bedroom, bathroom and private toilet, you will have access to the kitchen, living room and dining room as well as the garden. Several tables, both indoors and out, are available to allow you, if you wish, to dine in complete privacy.
For breakfast, I offer coffee, tea, herbal tea, milk, chocolate, fruit juice or fruit, homemade jams, toast, cereals, cookies, unsalted butter, semi-salted butter, dried fruit... and of course Agen prunes. All these products are organic or of good quality. A gluten-free and/or lactose-free breakfast can be requested (in advance) with a small extra charge

During your stay
I will be available and at your disposal, especially for any information about the surroundings, the department and the region in general.
Depending on your expectations, I will gladly share moments with you while respecting your privacy and tranquility.

Other things to note
At the end of the road there are several pizzerias and restaurants or bars, bakeries, a supermarket with gas station, bank, pharmacies...

Neighbourhood highlights

Located in a former agricultural property, this former renovated barn is part of a hamlet of five houses that is in a cul-de-sac and therefore enjoys great tranquility. The Chemin de Saint Jacques and a short hiking trail pass by the door. Shops and amenities are 2 km away (supermarket, food shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy and medical services, hairdresser, bar-tobacconist, newsstand, post office, bank, bus stop etc...). Agen train station is 7 km away. The small town of Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 15 minutes away. The department has many sites and villages of character, a dense network of hiking trails, a greenway along the canal as well as attractions (Walligator Park, Water Park, tree climbing, lakes, natural swimming pool). The city of Agen deserves a detailed visit with its port and canal bridge, its museum whose collections are among the most interesting in Aquitaine, its medieval and Haussmanian architecture, its many bars and restaurants.

Love to travel, to discover places and people, to adapt to the circumstances. Retired, I try to enjoy my free time for all this...but having guests in my home is also a form of traveling and exchanging that I really like.
