This house will bring you all the comforts, in summer and winter. In winter you can admire the colors of the ocean by the fireplace. In summer you will enjoy the barbecues and nearby beaches.

The listing:

Upstairs, 3 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 sea view bedrooms and 1 bedroom with TV. The floor also offers a bathroom and separate toilet. We provide a baby bed if needed.

The 4th sleeping area is on the ground floor, in the office space which contains a sofa bed. This room closes off from the main living room with an electric shutter and therefore offers the necessary privacy.

On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room overlooking the ocean with walk, a large office/living room that can be converted into a totally separate bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet. The house is ideal for 6 people but sleeps 8 thanks to this room. Note: 3 sofa beds on the ground floor to accommodate larger groups. Garages: a garage allows you to bring in your car, bikes or surf equipment

Ideal for going to the market, enjoying a crepe or an outing at the best restaurants in Audierne. Kersiny beach is 1.5km away, accessible by the coastal path.
