Guest have full access to the entire home except the garage and locked closet (cleaning supplies and pool chemicals)

Other things to note
The house is equipped with new 5 tons AC unit. AC minimum temperature is set at 65F.

POOL service guy comes once a week to clean the pool and check the water condition.

100 % SAFE AND FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD. CHECK IN LATE AT NIGHT IS NO PROBLEM.
