Beautiful and walkable

Guests say this area is scenic and it’s easy to get around.
The Minty Maven is a 3/2 charmer complete with a brand new, always-at-the- ready hot tub. Wood floors and cottage features recall quieter times in this tree filled neighborhood. Located just blocks from the darling downtown McKinney Square. A 10 minute walk (800 yards east) brings you to all the shops, restaurants, bars and live music so you never have to worry about trying to find parking.

The space
Our primary bedroom has a king size bed and a futon couch which becomes a twin size bed. There is a mattress topper in the closet to increase the comfort of this futon.

The first guest room has a queen bed and a twin bed.

The other guest room has two twin beds.

There is a fold up futon pad and a blow-up mattress in the closet for 2 additional guests. We may approve of a larger than 8 guest group, please reach out to discuss this if needed. We will charge $50/night per guest beyond 8, and up to 10 guests as a maximum.
