In the apartment there is a table with 6 chairs, kitchen and service area with material for use: Cutlery, crockery, pots, cloths, appliances, clothesline, etc. (as in photos ;).
Sala with large sofa, which will accommodate several people, rack with 40”TV, TV box with channels and movies, internet access of 350 Megas, as well as video game consoles (classic Xbox w/ 3 controls and Xbox One S) and a basic Windows notebook for use.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a retractable auxiliary bed (with full linen), in addition to the sofa with a width of 2.5m and extendable seats, allows more accommodation and sleeping amenities.
The air conditioning is done by two split air conditioners (for structural reasons, installed in the rooms), being 12000+ 9000 Btus, hot and cold, sufficient for the entire occupational area of the apartment, which receives sunlight in the morning.

Guest access
The apartment will be fully available for guests' privacy, as well as a covered car parking space.
On the premises of the condominium it is possible to make use of the entire paving area (for walking with the pet for example), a children's playground, mini courts for sports, and a water filtration machine. There is also a market with the basics, dispensing with the need to leave the condominium.

From the condominium to the city's tourist attractions, there is easy access directly via the BR-101 highway, which cuts through the city and has direct entrances. There is also the possibility of walking to nearby points such as the Expocentro/Balneário Camboriú Event Center, the Zoo (approx. 1.1 km) and the walkway to cross to the central south beach (approx. 2.1 km) next to the Unipraias park cable car station and the Molhe da Barra Sul (a walkway that enters 350 m into the sea).
