The apartment was exactly as advertised! Great location...short walk to Mont Royal as well as a multitude of shops and restaurants! Reasonable parking under the building was also a huge plus!

Great place. Easy access to downtown. Restaurants , malls , parks , subways is all in walking distance. Very spacious and 24 hour security are very nice. The pool is on the highest floor which gives a better view of the city Would definitely return and recommend to anyone staying in Montreal.

Gorgeous view from this high rise apartment. Great view of the city from the rooftop. Apartment was clean and tidy. Location central to much of Montreal and made for a great jumping off point for our adventures.

This place is really well located, close to important venues and/or bus stops and train stations. The place has a wonderful view and the personnel from the lobby and parking are helpful and charming. Everything was perfect.

Four of us booked and stayed at the apartment in Ali’s listing from Aug 10th – 14th. There are some great things about this place, and importantly, as AirBnB owners ourselves, a few things you should be aware of. First, the location couldn’t be better. The apartment is downtown with quick access to the metro (subway), St Catherine’s, and Mont Royal. You are in the heart of the city with all the amazing things it has to offer. The apartment building offers valet parking for a $20 fee, however when you park, the attendants will suggest you keep your car on site, versus having them retrieve it each time you need to go somewhere. This is for the best as parking in Montreal, like any big city, can be a hassle. The building has doormen, some of whom are extremely helpful (Phillip will be your favorite!), and has a small store with sandwiches and supplies on the floor labeled Boutique in the elevator, which is incredibly convenient. It does have a pool on floor 30, which is strangely accessed through the men’s and women’s restrooms. Our key did not work for either, so you may need some help getting in. The Gym on the floor below has access to a balcony, which definitely needs an upgrade and appears seldom used. Great views of the city, but not a place you’d want to hang out for a drink. The apartment we rented is not occupied, and the building as a whole has a similar vibe. By that I don’t mean that no one is there when you arrive, I mean that no one is currently living there at all – there are no signs of life. All closets and cupboards, with the exception of some cookware and silverware in the kitchen, are totally clean and bare. It has a modern, urban feel as if it was set up only for AirBnB, without any signs of permanent residency. When we checked in there were a few things in the listing that took several requests to arrive, or never arrived at all, such as an iron/ironing board, and cable tv. While the importance of an iron is obvious, don’t underestimate how nice it is to watch the news with your morning coffee, or catching some of the game after you come back from exploring. For us, we missed watching some of the breaking news going on in the States over a glass of wine before bed. Washer and Dryer are not in the condo but on floor B3, and for that you will need to pay for both detergent and operation of the machines. Finally, it is clear that Ali is your contact – a liaison between the property and the guests – but not the owner of the space. Normally this is not an issue, but we got the sense the Ali manages several properties, and he can be a hard person to reach. We wished the communication had been better and...
