A modern, newly built semi-detached home, strategically located just minutes from the beach and the airport. It is the ideal option for guests seeking comfort, practicality, and mobility during their stay.
The home is new, modern, and simple, yet thoughtfully prepared to ensure a cozy stay. Whether for vacation, work, or a quick stopover, it offers everything you need to feel at ease and enjoy the best of the area.

The space
Townhouse with parking for one car. On the outside, we have a small grassy area and an outdoor shower, as well as a barbecue with grill at the back.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and poufs, and has an SmartTV.

The kitchen is complete, with basic pots and utensils, plates, glasses, cups, and 2 wine glasses. It also has an electric oven and microwave. For meals, there is a table with 4 chairs.

The house also has a washing machine (detergent and fabric softener not included).

The bathrooms are equipped with electric showers, ensuring a comfortable and practical bath.

As for the accommodations, the house has:
- Room 1 with suite and double bed;
- Room 2 with Queen bed;
- Room 3 with triliche and 3 single beds.

We offer complete linens, including:
- Bath towels and face towels (not allowed for use on the beach);
