Recent guests loved the smooth start to this stay.
Tropical island inspired private suite with private bathroom located near Center City. This recently renovated 3rd floor suite comes with a queen-sized bed, smart TV, lounge area, and dining area for eating or working. Please note - we use both white and black sheets at the property.

Historic 3-story building located near 19th and Girard Ave.

Guest access
There is a common area kitchen to prepare food and eat, but cooking with the stove is not permitted.

Other things to note
The apartment building has security cameras in the common hallways, as well as a ring camera at the front door.

Local guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID, as well as one for their +1, or they will not be given the access code.
