Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.
Waikiki is a vibrant and lively city, offering an exciting atmosphere just steps from world-class beaches, shopping, and dining. As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.
For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

Other things to note
We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises.
Please note that a $1000 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter to Airbnb for further action. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and safe environment.
🚗 Parking Update – Effective January 1, 2026
Please note that starting January 1, 2026, we will no longer be able to provide complimentary or included parking as part of your reservation.
However, for your convenience, on-site paid parking is still available at the building. The current rate is $45 per day, subject to change by the parking operator. Guests may inquire and pay directly at the parking kiosk or with the building’s parking management.
We recommend confirming availability upon arrival or contacting the front desk for assistance.
If you prefer more budget-friendly options, there are also nearby public parking lots and garages within walking distance that may offer different daily or hourly rates.
The Waikiki Sunset parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUV) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Since our units are privately managed through Airbnb, the front desk does not officially accommodate parcel deliveries on our behalf. However, you may still check with them to see if they have accepted your package as a courtesy. If not, your package may be left at the front door of the unit. To ensure a secure delivery, we highly recommend shipping to the nearest parcel station provided by your chosen carrier and arranging for pickup directly from them. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
