This Florida style house built in the 60's is perfect if you love water! Close to the Gulf and great beaches, in a quiet waterfront community, with a private pool and a super wholehouse water filtration system. 6 bicycles available for you to jump on the beautiful, nearby, Pinellas Trail. Also 2 kayaks on wheels are available to you. The community launch is a couple of blocks away. If you love healthy, fun, outdoor living...come vacation in Palm Harbor/Tarpon Springs!
I think you will love the peaceful, comfortable and fun atmosphere this house affords to adults and children alike. It is conveniently located to all of the interesting things this area offers. The parks are natural and abundant, don't miss the sunsets on the Gulf! Welcome golfers, there are many great courses in the area including Innesbrook championship Copperhead Course, right accross Hwy 19 A! So too is the Primate Rescue Center very near, across 19 A. Bring your boat or rent one nearby, great fishing here. Swimming beaches are 10 min. away at Sunset Park or Howard Park in Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island and of course Clearwater Beach and the Anclote Key Reserve, where you'll think you are in the Bahamas, is accessible only by boat.
The 38 mile long Pinellas Trail for biking, walking and jogging is 5 blocks away (next to Hwy 19 A). 6 bicycles and 2 kayaks are included in your rent!

There is driveway space for 2 vehicles. The front door has keyless access. Please enjoy, respect and use the whole house as if it were your own. One room is locked and used for storage and cleaning supplies. Also, the screen door on the right in the lanai should remain locked. Things that may be a danger to children, like the pool pump, ladders and tools are kept there.
The garage door opener is on your left when you step into the garage from the house.

Local bus transportation is on Hwy. 19 A. Also, the Jolly Trolly runs on weekends up and down the coastal towns to beaches and attractions.
Upon renting this house you agree to swim in the pool at your own risk. "All Clear Pool Service" comes mid morning on Mondays. Just a reminder that tile floors are very slippery when wet! Make sure you enter the house with dry feet. Also, glass and bottles are not allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic glasses and cups.
Please turn AC off when French doors are kept open to pool area. You may be charged for excessive energy bills beyond normal usage.
Please bring your own beach towels. Bath towels must not be taken out of the house.
On the day of your departure, please check out before 11am unless you check with me about a later check out.
*Remove the sheets and towels you have used and put them in the hall at
the door to garage.
*Empty the Fridge and press the airplane symbol "Holliday" on the fridge
*Put garbage and recycles in the large blue "Progress" trash receptacles
outside and place curbside next to the drive.
*Set ac thermostat to auto, 78*

I am retired and live in Asheville, NC and also in Palm Harbor at "The Water House" 6 mos. of the year. I love fishing, boating, swimming, and biking. And, I also love the the Blueridge Mountains!
