A rustic apartment, recently renovated with original, local materials. Placed in an ancient olive orchard, next to a beautiful forest. A magical place, pristine and restful. Only 15 minutes drive from the beach, which is visible from the house itself. This is really the best position to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The hills of Camaiore, the beaches of Viareggio, the nightlife of Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi.

The space
In amazing panoramic hilltop position, top floor apartment of an amazing traditional rustic house, recently refurbished in fully traditional local style. The apartment is located in a centenary olive wood, next to an oak wood, all belonging to the property. Superb sea view from the living room, and a view on Mt. Prana from the 2 bedrooms.

Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD reader, WIFI connection.

5 minutes drive from the traditional Camaiore, 15 minutes from the amazing artistic Pietrasanta and the beaches of Viareggio, 20 minutes from the nightlife of Torre del Lago or the elegance of Forte dei Marmi.

The house is reachable from Montebello di Camaiore with a very short drive on a steep, narrow road. It is not recommended to less experienced drivers. Easier with smaller vehicles.

The apartment is in the very best panoramic position of the whole valley, often referred from the locals as Versilia's Fiesole. It is a magic place where time has stopped, where you can enjoy full tranquillity and contact with nature, just a few minutes from Versilia's beaches, culture and nightlife.
