"LA LOGE" is a new apartment for 7/8 people , with 3 bedrooms, living room , separated kitchen, bathroom , toilet and private parking .
It is spacious, quiet , secure. Near metro Jean Jaurès and all amenities.

The space

"LA LOGE" was recently refurbished to accommodate families, work colleagues or groups of friends in the same apartment in the heart of Lyon 7, near Gerland, Place Jean Jaures and all amenities and restaurants.

It is very functional, pleasant, quiet, bright, in a recent building with private parking and provision of 2 bikes.

"LA LOGE" features a total of 3 rooms:
- First with queen bed, large closet and flat screen TV,
- A second with a double bed and closet,
- A third with a double bed and closet,
The living room also features a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children, allowing a total of up to accommodate 7/8 persons.
The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped with fridge / freezer, hob 4 burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...
There are two dining areas: the kitchen and the living room.
The bathroom has a bath, furniture, and washer dryer.
It is on the 4th floor without elevator.

WIFI in the apartment.
Sheets and towels provided.
Airport transfer and other concierge services upon request.

- Be sure to turn off the lights, fan, well close your apartment and landing door when you are away.
- Please do not throw anything in the WC to share small amounts of toilet paper, refrain from throwing objects likely to block the drains and other plumbing fixtures, otherwise it will be liable for costs incurred for the repair Service of this equipment.
- Meet the damage and losses that occur during the contract period in the premises under its exclusive enjoyment.
- Not to give the lease or sublet without the express written consent of the lessor.
- Use of equipment and material left available in strict accordance with their mode of use, to answer for the damage and losses during its occupation.
- When you leave, thank you kindly do the dishes, take out the garbage and ensure that the apartment is clean.
- The policyholder shall be insured by an insurance company against the risks of theft, fire and water damage, both for its rental risks for personal property leased, as well as for claims by neighbors, and to justify first request of the lessor. Consequently, the latter declines all responsibility for recourse that the insurance company may exercise against the tenant in case of disaster. In any case, the lessor shall not be liable if the tenant is not insured.

Our booking with Emily was seamless from the start. She is always available on text and answers any queries straight away. The flat was exactly as described and was clean and a perfect size for our group (five adults). It is in a very quiet area but only a 5min walk from the metro. We took a cab home from the central area (Bellecour) and it was approx €10-14. If you walk 15min to the south (area Debourg) there are some cool bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Jols for seafood. It's worth noting that the flat is on the fourth floor with no elevator so would not be suitable for people with mobile problems.

السكن ممتاز من ناحية النظافة . لكن هناك ملاحظه بسيطه بخصوص صغر حجم التواليت والسكن في الطابق الرابع ولا يوجد مصعد

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und gut gelegen. Man kann die Altstadt in etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Etwa 300 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt fährt der Bus C 7 direkt zum Bahnhof. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet und sehr ansprechend möbliert. Die Fotos liefern einen exakten und korrekten Eindruck von der Wohnung. Wir haben die Wohnung zu dritt als Arbeitskolleginnen bewohnt, da alle Hotels in Lyon ausgebucht waren. Auch für Arbeitsaufenthalte ist die Wohnung bestens geeignet - gut ist die Nähe zur Université Lyon II. Beim nächsten Besuch in Lyon würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

le logement d'émilie est spacieux, propre, un peu en dehors du centre mais avec toutes les commodités à proximité ! le stationnement est commode puisqu'une place est réservée dans le parking fermé ! merci encore à émilie pour son accueil

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à LA LOGE. Ce logement est propre, bien équipé et accueillant! La remise des clés s'est effectuée sans encombre, avec un peu de retard de notre part, et du coup Fatima nous attendait patiemment et avec le sourire. Merci! Nous avons aussi apprécié la réactivité de réponse d'Emilie. Je recommande!
