"LA LOGE" is a new apartment for 7/8 people , with 3 bedrooms, living room , separated kitchen, bathroom , toilet and private parking .
It is spacious, quiet , secure. Near metro Jean Jaurès and all amenities.
"LA LOGE" was recently refurbished to accommodate families, work colleagues or groups of friends in the same apartment in the heart of Lyon 7, near Gerland, Place Jean Jaures and all amenities and restaurants.
It is very functional, pleasant, quiet, bright, in a recent building with private parking and provision of 2 bikes.
"LA LOGE" features a total of 3 rooms:
- First with queen bed, large closet and flat screen TV,
- A second with a double bed and closet,
- A third with a double bed and closet,
The living room also features a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children, allowing a total of up to accommodate 7/8 persons.
The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped with fridge / freezer, hob 4 burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...
There are two dining areas: the kitchen and the living room.
The bathroom has a bath, furniture, and washer dryer.
It is on the 4th floor without elevator.
WIFI in the apartment.
Sheets and towels provided.
Airport transfer and other concierge services upon request.
Travelers will have access to the entire apartment as well as private parking and 2 bikes !

The traveler is required to the following obligations:
- NO SMOKING APARTMENT
- NO PETS
- NO NOISE AFTER 22H !! : Do nothing that might, its done or persons of his house, disturb the peace of neighbors or other occupants (nocturnal disturbance, noise, odors, smoke, or other)
- NOT FOR PROSTITUTION: use peacefully the housing according to the destination that was given to him by the lease (exclusively and strictly for residential use). As such, it is forbidden to use the premises for commercial purposes leading to the reception of people (customers, suppliers, prospects, ..)
- Be sure to turn off the lights, fan, well close your apartment and landing door when you are away.
- Please do not throw anything in the WC to share small amounts of toilet paper, refrain from throwing objects likely to block the drains and other plumbing fixtures, otherwise it will be liable for costs incurred for the repair Service of this equipment.
- Meet the damage and losses that occur during the contract period in the premises under its exclusive enjoyment.
- Not to give the lease or sublet without the express written consent of the lessor.
- Use of equipment and material left available in strict accordance with their mode of use, to answer for the damage and losses during its occupation.
- When you leave, thank you kindly do the dishes, take out the garbage and ensure that the apartment is clean.
- The policyholder shall be insured by an insurance company against the risks of theft, fire and water damage, both for its rental risks for personal property leased, as well as for claims by neighbors, and to justify first request of the lessor. Consequently, the latter declines all responsibility for recourse that the insurance company may exercise against the tenant in case of disaster. In any case, the lessor shall not be liable if the tenant is not insured.
- To let the landlord or agent to enter the premises as often as necessary.
The guarantee will be cashed and renting stopped if these rules are not followed.
