Our beautiful Tudor Architecturally designed townhouse has amazing water views of Lake King; and is 300 meters away from the Hot Springs!! It has a great deck for year round views of the lake. Easy walk to the Hot Springs or walk to the Beach Road and along the lake's edge to Metung Village 1 Km.

The space
The house is a tudor architectually design townhouse, great to relax on the decking with a glass of wine taking in the amazing views, or to read a book in the balcony or simply watching the birds: Rosellas, rainbow loreekits and Cockatoos just meters away. The house has brand new floor coverings all over new carpets in all rooms, Bamboo floating boards in downstairs lounge and vinyl in the upstairs lounge area.

Guest access
Get access to two living areas one upstairs, with its own TV and DVD player, but also to another lounge area just off the Kitchen and Dining area again with a large TV and DVD player, a selection of movies for families and kids are in the house. The house has 3 reverse cycle air conditioners and a gas heater in the main lounge. There is books games and movies for families and kids; and a brand new Blue Tooth music player.

Other things to note
Walked to Hot Springs and Metung Golf Country Club and is fully furnished and equipped with Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer and clothes line. Two lounges, one on each floor with TVs in both of them and NBN Wi Fi throughout the house.

I am a family man that deeply loves his family. I have two grown up professional kids both married with one child each. I love being a grand father and absolutely love life. Love good coffee, fantastic wine and great food. My family and I love Metung, hence we decided to keep a holiday place there. We spend as much time as we can there, but when we are not using the house we rent it so that other people can share our love for Metung.
