Great location! This is my home, warm, quiet, a little bohemian and very comfortable. It comes complete with the quirks and charm of an old East Village building. South Sun exposure throughout the day. Convenient central location, close to healthy restaurants, and easy walking distance to Soho, LES, Astor Pl, and Union Sq, as well as F, NR, 6, and L trains.

Eli's apartment is in a great location, it's exactly what I was hoping for. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby and so close to great shopping as well. It was very easy to walk to SOHO which has some good shops. The apartment was small but very cute and clean. Communication with Eli was excellent, the two times that I needed to ask her something I had an answer quicker than I had expected - it was wonderful. I would recommend Eli's apartment for sure.

Absolutely charming place! Typical East Village flat, brilliantly located near markets, restaurants/bars, and public transport. Communication with Eli couldn't have been better-- she is an absolutely lovely host. I 100% recommend her place and look forward to renting it out again the next trip to NY.

Awesome place. Eli is a vibrant and beautiful person and her place reflected that. It was close to everything and I felt like a local the whole time. The place was clean and yes it is a 5 floor walk up, but it's honestly not that bad at all.

Apartment was as described, clean, cozy, lovely, and really awesome. Recommended for 1 person or 2. The plumbing ( suddenly becomes hot or cold ) sometimes gets a little distracting but it didn't bother me too much as the host warned me about it before I applied for the apartment. Apartment is on 5th floor but you'll get used to it in day 2. :) Subway/Laundry/Restaurants/Groceries are also just a few mins walk away so it was really convenient. One recommendation would be a higher chair when eating at the counter would really be a plus. Again thank you so much and hope when I visit NYC again, I would be welcome.

Super cute apartment on a great leafy block in the East Village! Classic building with quiet (and helpful!) neighbors. Liz was a fantastic, generous host and super responsive. Speedy WiFi, charming furnishings, quiet bedroom and fully functional kitchen. I stayed here a month and it felt like home, highly recommended!

Liz's apartment is in a great location, and worked conveniently for the two months I stayed there during the summer. It is close to subway stations and has great eating and shopping options nearby. The apartment didn't quite come as expected, though. The promised wifi rarely worked until, after repeated complaining, the internet plan was upgraded towards the end of my stay. The shower is also broken and frequently turns from ice cold to burning hot spontaneously and often, which I was unaware of until after I had paid and arrived to move in. Overall, it was useful and comfortable with a great location and friendly host, but not to be mistaken for a luxury apartment - it is a very old building with quiet a few maintenance issues.
