Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Annex at the pastures is located on a quiet estate just a 15 minute stroll or a 5 minute car journey to the centre of the market town of Morpeth . It is a self contained dwelling adjoined to our family home. Keys will be located in a lockbox within the annex garden . It has a separate little garden and its own front door . There is parking for one car available on the driveway.

The space
Open plan living dining and kitchen space. Separate bedroom with a king size bed , wardrobe and dressing table. Small shower room adjacent to bedroom. Large patio doors to garden. Please note the blinds are fine and won’t make the rooms dark throughout the annex.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to have full use of the little garden fire pit and furniture . I ask that guests don’t attempt to open the bifold doors behind sofa and enter garden behind .

Other things to note
Please can guests make sure the gate to the annex is kept closed. There is a slight upward slope as you come through the gate into the annex garden so please be aware.

Nice quiet neighbourhood in easy reach of a local pub and a selection of shops including takeaways, paper shop and a pharmacy . Short walk to Carlisle park and the river wansbeck. Morpeth town centre is just a 15 minute stroll by foot or a 5 minute car journey there you will find a host of high street and independent shops , coffee shops and restaurants. Morpeth has good transport links to Newcastle which can be reached by bus in 40 minutes car in 30 minutes or train in just 20 minutes. Morpeth is a great base for exploring the Northumberland countryside or the fabulous beaches .
