You’re not going to get any closer to the attractions than this great remodeled house that is only one block from the AT&T Cowboy’s Stadium and Texas Rangers Global Life Ball Park.
Why stay in a hotel when you can relax in an entire house? Our 1,000 square foot home is remodeled and updated and has a fully furnished kitchen, 2 full bedroom, a beautiful living room, updated 1-bathroom and a large back yard located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking.
As a guest you will have access to the entire house – a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, newly remodeled in 2016, and fully furnished with central heat and air conditioning. The home has nice furniture and décor, new flooring throughout, new shower tile and cabinets and mirror in bathrooms, new cabinets in kitchen, three TV's with AT&T U-Verse TV and Internet, all new doors and windows, new ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room, and the list goes on and on. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and baking, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and a dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer located in kitchen (I know, it’s a little different). All bedroom linens are provided and are high quality and there is plenty of closet space. The front bedroom has a pillow-top queen size bed, TV, stereo and a closet. The rear bedroom has two pillow-top queen-size beds and a TV. The living room has a pullout sofa bed and a futon couch that fold down to make a full size bed. All linen, bedding, and mattresses are new and very clean. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. The large private fenced-in backyard has a patio deck with table and chairs for four with an umbrella and a stainless steel gas grill and a separate small charcoal grill. There is ample driveway parking for up to 6 cars.
As a guest you will have access to the entire house. The house has a large backyard that does include a grill on the deck. You can stack 6 cars in two rows in the front of the house and still have space to park on the street if needed.
Interaction with guests
As owners of the house we will be available if our guests need anything. We live close and are only a phone call away. We want you to be comfortable and feel secure in booking our home. If you need anything or have any questions we are only a phone call away.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME -- Smoking is discouraged but permitted in the front and back patio areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts in a proper manner and not on the patio or in the yard.
Candles are decorative only. No burning of any candles, incense or tobacco of any kind inside the house.
Noise must be kept to a minimum as this is a quiet neighborhood. The Neighbors have my phone number and will contact me at any time that the noise level gets to be unacceptable. Two or more complaints will constitute a loss of deposit and may lead to your party being asked to leave the premises.
Please treat our home BETTER than if it were your own. Please be forthcoming if something is damaged or broken as we understand things happen.
DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING EXCEPT TOILET PAPER DOWN THE COMMODES!!!!
PLEASE DO NOT WASH GREASE OR OIL OF ANY KIND DOWN THE KITCHEN SINK!! (DUMP IN BACKYARD BY BACK FENCE)
LADIES, please do not flush feminine products of any kind down the toilet (pads, liners or tampons) Please dispose of in the trash cans.
TOWELS - Please use your towels more than once if possible. This helps keep the laundry/water bill down and rental costs low…not to mention conservation of resources.
TRASH - Please empty the trash and place into brown receptacle outside back door by the deck. LARGE BAGS ONLY---NO LOOSE TRASH!! (TRASH DAYS ARE WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY MORNINGS EARLY—please place BAGS ONLY by curb (TUESDAY NIGHTS & FRIDAY NIGHTS)
If leaving for the day, please turn off all lights, and turn the air conditioner up to 76 degrees (in summer). During the Summer, please do not put the thermostat lower than 68 degrees (another thing that can help to keep my prices low). Anything lower than 70 will cause the A/C to run constantly and could cause to break down in this Texas heat.
During the winter months, if leaving the home for the day, please turn thermostat down to 67. The house will heat very fast when you turn it to desired temperature.
Please ensure that all blow dryers, curling irons, straighteners, irons, etc. are UNPLUGGED before leaving the home.
Park vehicles in the driveway, if possible. If you park on the street, cover or secure any belongings.
***If at any time Police or emergency services are needed at the residence, we are to be notified immediately.
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.

My husband and I live 30 minutes from the property and love to meet with our guests coming into stay at our houses. We have two children still at home and three more that have flown the coup and are adults now. We both work in the healthcare industry and love to travel in our free time.
