The space
Lovely new maisonette just steps from Hiroo station (Hibiya line) that is next to Roppongi or Ebisu station.

This new house is just built by amazing architecture, Motoji Funatsu, consisting of a bed room, a lounge, a kitchen, a bathroom with a tab, a rooftop and a attic.

This house has an area of 60㎡ can comfortably accommodate 2 people. But I have extra "futon" and linens, so 3 people may be possible.

This house is equipped with everything needed (washing machine, TV, Play station 3 (DVD&Blu-ray), fridge, microwave with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, bamix, and cooking tools).

Please note that there will be sunlights in the morning in your bed room from the top of window which have't cover with curtain. It's one of intension of the architect.
It's better if you bring an eye mask if you worry about that.

You can use Wifi internet access in my house. I also have a portable wifi for you to bring.

Shopping street is just 60m away from my house.
One of super market is 1 minute away.
Another international super market is 3 minutes away.
There are drug store, KFC, starbucks, lots of cafe, restraint, 100yen shop, book store, and japanese public bath!!
Pretty sure that this location is fun to stay.

This house has a void 1st floor to 3rd. And spiral staircase links 2nd floor to 3rd.
This accommodation is located on the first floor (entrance) to third floor. And the spiral staircase may be danger for kids. Please consider all cases if you are with little kids.

-Please switch off air-conditioner / Heater, room lights and other electric appliances when you go out.

“Check-in and out”
