Your Home @ Vatican's doors is a cosy apartment within walking distance of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's.
Its strategic location combines the advantages of a quiet residential area with the convenience of the numerous services - including a 24-hour supermarket and several shops and restaurants - to the simplicity in reaching Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna and the entire old town with just 3 stops from the metro station "Cipro" which is just a 5-minute walk away.

The space
The apartment of almost 100 square meters consists of 3 double bedrooms all with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room with sofa bed and a space for the equipped kitchen.
A few meters away you will find the great Trionfale Market, a reference point for food and food lovers; Via Cola di Rienzo famous for shopping; the Aura Shopping Center, a metro stop, with numerous shops and restaurants, where there is also the Roma-Viterbo railway line that leads to the Gemelli Policlinico.
Termini Station and Fiumicino Airport, connected to each other by a direct train, are easily accessible with a few "A" metro stops.
In the immediate vicinity there is also a Carrefour supermarket always open, pharmacies and all the services you need.

In the house, all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay will be at your disposal.
You will find 3 spacious rooms: one with 1 double bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom, one with double bed (160x200) and one with double French bed (140x200).
Each room has fresh linens (sheets and set of towels) and has air conditioning, wi-fi and a TV with a desk corner for reading or working. The two bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and a welcome kit with liquid soap and toilet paper.
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, kettle with tea and herbal teas, a coffee maker with pods.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa (if necessary convertible into a bed) to welcome you when you return and a Smart TV with the main platforms (Netflix, Disney channel, Prime).
Outside overlooking the internal courtyard, a perimeter balcony easily accessible from the rooms where the washing machine is located.

Other things to note
The sofa bed is prepared for reservations of a minimum of 7 guests. However, guests/groups of fewer who wish can request it at the time of booking, at a cost of €25.

The apartment is located in a condominium: it is important to respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and in the afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. During these times, you are therefore asked to be mindful of the noise of trolleys and luggage or caused by the soles and heels of shoes for the peace of the neighbours on the floor below.

Inside the apartment, it is absolutely forbidden to hold private parties and to smoke, even on the balcony.

The loss of house keys will result in a charge of €100.
