Relax in this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom 1980s family home surrounded by native bush and birdsong—just 15–20 mins from Auckland Airport & CBD. It’s not a hotel, but a loved, lived-in home that offers great value and comfort. Kids will love the trampoline, toys & books; adults can unwind with a spa, BBQ & outdoor dining. A perfect base to explore Auckland with space for the whole crew.

The space
A big home, set over 4 levels surrounded by bush and ocean views. Entrance level you will find the kitchen and dining room, two single bedrooms (plus an additional trundler bed if required), shower, toilet, laundry, outdoor decking with seating and sandpit. The top level you will find the master and ensuite with a small deck with views to the ocean. The floor below the entrance, you will find the lounge, Samsung Frame TV, the main outdoor area, with BBQ, spa pool, outdoor dining area and outdoor couches. The bottom level you will find the playroom and the pull-out sofa bed (available if you have more guests), a desk set up with docking station and the final bedroom with king bed and ensuite. As you go out to the garden you will find the swing and the trampoline.

Master bedroom: Super King (2 pax)
Single room #1: King single loft bed (1 pax)
Single room #2: King Single and slide out trundler single bed (2 pax)
Guest room: Super King (2 pax)
Playroom (open room (no doors) between lounge & office): fold out double bed (2 pax)

There is a bus stop at the top of the road (3mim walk) which has a direct bus route to the city. Uber wait times approx.3-5min.

Guest access
You will have access to the majority of the house except the wardrobes in the bedrooms, the downstairs fridge (you do have access to the kitchen fridge), the carport.

Other things to note
Being over 4 levels, our house has 3 levels of stairs, something to bear in mind if you are bringing older guests.

We have small children in this home so it is imperative there is no smoking, vaping or drugs inside the home at all.

In addition to the beds there is also a pull out/trundler single bed and also a double sofa bed available if you have more than 6 people.

It’s not a luxe hotel, it’s our family home, so expect to experience a home and accessories that have been used.

There are coat hangers available but no wardrobe space. If you are staying for long periods of time there is a potential to open up some cupboard space, please ask :)
