The space
Beautiful house with private pool, has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. has 3 bedrooms and an office, 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom with King Size bed and another 2 bedrooms with Queen Size bed each one. Two sofa beds, one in the office and the second one in the TV room. 2 full bathrooms (large shower), and a half bath.
The kitchen with natural granite countertop and native wood kitchen cabinets; The kitchen has a double door refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and everything you need for cooking. Air conditioning and fans throughout the house. It has a private pool (it is a 15×5 meters infinity pool). The villa is located 5 minutes away from the beach by car, in Roma del Mar 2.

We value tranquility and kindly ask our guests to be considerate of the neighbors while enjoying their stay. Music is allowed until 10:00 p.m. to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Access to the villa is mostly via paved roads, with some gravel sections. We recommend a 4x4 vehicle, especially during the rainy season (winter). Aroma del Mar offers a varied menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as pizzas prepared daily by Paolo, all with a beautiful view of Playa Pradera.

Our residents and guests enjoy walking or jogging around the property in the mornings. Roma del Mar has grown into a welcoming community where everyone feels at home. Additionally, you can enjoy extra services such as:
