Welcome to our charming studio! Here, we comfortably accommodate up to two people in a spacious queen-size bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, blender, pots, glasses, plates and cutlery, allowing you to cook your meals with ease.
For coffee lovers, we offer a Nespresso machine so you can enjoy your favorite beverages at any time. In addition, you will find a refrigerator and a small oven for your culinary needs.
For your convenience, we provide a hairdryer and iron, ensuring you're always impeccable during your stay. Please note that the unit's voltage is 110W, so you don't have to worry about adapters.
We also provide a full-length mirror.
We provide a complete set of bed and bath linens (linen exchange at an extra cost)

You must complete and submit the following information after your reservation is confirmed:

Entry into the unit by sending data of ALL guests for registration at the entrance and access password in the platform chat, if you pay attention to the messages after confirming the reservation.
Federal Law 8.069/1990 (Statute of Children and Adolescents-ECA), in its article 82, which provides:
"It is forbidden to host a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, boarding house or similar establishment, unless authorized or accompanied by the parents or guardian"

— Construction sounds may occur from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
— There is no parking space, guests usually park on the streets around the building.
— Facial biometric filling is required to enter the building.
— This is a unit inside a residential building and it will be like your home for a few days, take good care of it, respect the neighbors, be cordial with the doorman.
— For your arrival, we leave some items in the unit, we do not make replacements, other items for use in your daily life need to be provided by the guest, for example: toilet paper, soap, food, toothpaste, etc;
— Strictly residential use: prohibited to conduct photo shoots, services in the unit;
— Residential building;
— There is no luggage service.
— Access to the condominium is only allowed within the pre-arranged hours;
— It is necessary to provide a photo of an official ID for registration at the reception;
— Clearance: access through the entrance;
— Visitors are not allowed;
— No pets allowed.
— No smoking anywhere inside the studio or condominium.
