5. Do not use the elevators with swimsuits, shirtless or if it is wet.
6. Remove excess sand from the beach before returning to the apartment.
7. Be zealous with our trousers, damage and difficult stains will be charged.
8. No hanging clothes/ towels on the balcony/ windows.
9. No parties/ meetings inside the apartment, respect the quiet hours (10am to 8am).
10. At check out, the trash must be removed from the apartment.
11. Accidents happen, be sure to inform if you damage something inside the apartment.
12. In case you forget something, we'll give it to you! The service fee is R$100,00 + freight/packing of the post office.
13. Disrespecting the rules of the apartment or condominium cause a fine that will be charged to the guest responsible for the reservation.
