We are lucky to have one of the best locations in Torquay. We are on a quiet tree lined road with the International Conference & Leisure Centre just over the road with its excellent swimming pool and first class facilities and right beside that is Torre Abbey and its 800 year history and beautiful gardens. We are just a few hundred metres from the main beach and a mere 10 minute stroll to the harbour with all it’s shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs.

Location great for Conference Centre and sea front, Torre Abbey etc. Lovely room with all you need - including Fairtrade products. Bob and family are so friendly and the breakfast as good as I hoped, especially the home-made jams. Fully recommended.

Brilliant experience. The Air BNB listing was quite sparse so didn't really know what to expect, pleasantly surprised! Fairly big BNB, modern comfortable rooms, convenient for Torquay station (and on site parking for those driving). Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Just like staying with family. Glendower is a traveler's dream. and Bob and Leslie are friendly, welcoming, and dear people. Everything was top notch, the rooms, the food, the attentiveness to detail. I can see why people return here over and over! I will be back!

Best poached Eggs!!! Bob and his wife and team are very welcoming and made my stay enjoyable. I very much appreciated the variety of food for breakfast. The place is close to the beach, the train station and amenities. Thanks again for everything, Bob!

Everything was perfect. It is a lovely and cozy place to stay. Bob and his family were very kind and helpful. And of course the breakfast offered everything and was outstanding. Best place to enjoy the gorgeous are of the English Riviera.
