This stylish and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers 1,265 square feet of comfort, ideal for up to six guests. The living area is warm and inviting, featuring a large smart TV perfect for streaming all your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the adjacent dining area opens up to a private deck—your outdoor oasis with comfortable seating for relaxing under the Austin sky.

The main floor hosts a serene king bedroom, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. Upstairs, you'll find another king bedroom, and for additional sleeping arrangements, a sleeper sofa is available, making the space ideal for families or groups of friends. Each bed is dressed in luxurious custom linens, ensuring everyone enjoys a restful night's sleep.

The two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in convenient dispensers. In-unit laundry adds ease to your stay.

Other things to note
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
