Escape to our Cozy and Convenient Home with Large Backyard! This cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house offers the perfect all-season getaway for friends and family to enjoy a wonderful vacation. We provide fresh towels and bedding, including pillows, bed sheets, and duvets. A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, glassware, plates, and cutlery is also available, as well as a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The space
We pride ourselves on being a pet and family-friendly resort, with 7 acres of breathtaking backyard space for your enjoyment. Our property features a massive outdoor area with a dock, aluminum boat, and pedal boat available for guest use, as well as a firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. Guests are also welcome to bring or rent their own watercraft to explore the Bay of Quinte and enjoy fishing, kayaking, and windsurfing.(Note: fire pit, lake is 300 meters away from the house)

We also offer a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area for your convenience. Despite our secluded location, we're just minutes away from all amenities, including shopping, groceries, restaurants, and Highway 401, with easy access to Belleville, Trenton, Brighton, Wellington, and Picton.

In addition to our beautiful surroundings, our property is located near numerous attractions in Prince Edward County, such as Sandbanks Beach Provincial Park, Presqu’ile Provincial Park, the National Air Force Museum, Batawa Ski Resort, golf courses, hiking trails, and local tourist areas.

We also offer high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace in a private room, as well as smart TVs. With lots of parking available, our property is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring nearby attractions.

There are life jackets available for use, but you are encouraged to bring your own to guarantee fitment if you will be engaging in water sports.

Children should be supervised at all times during your stay.

Quiet hours enforced between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M. Neighbours live close by and deserve their peace and quiet.
