Your private Queenstown apartment is a discreet, modern suite in a quiet, elevated position with dramatic, wall-to-wall views of the surrounding lakes and mountains and access to your own tennis court - we have racquets you can borrow free of charge ☺
The apartment can sleep up to 4 people, has fast, unlimited wifi and has it’s own exclusive off-street parking.
Also included in the room is a sofa, TV, fridge, kettle, toaster, a private en-suite bathroom and your own breakfast bar.
We’re located right in the centre between Queenstown Central and Queenstown Airport which are both just 7 mins drive away, or a 9 min walk down to the bus stop where the bus runs ever 15 or so minutes (depending on time of day). You will also have very easy access to the Remarkables and Cardrona ski fields as the busses go past our area and stop at that bus stop.
The apartment is independent from the main house (we live upstairs) and is kept clean and comfortable and can sleep up to 4 people. It has fast, unlimited wifi, it’s own exclusive off-street parking for your vehicle and a large, modern living space.
Also included in the room is a sofa (which folds out into a bed), a TV with a “Freeview” box, a large fridge, kettle, toaster and private en-suite bathroom. A light, do-it-yourself continental-style breakfast bar comprising of muesli, bread, butter, marmalade, tea, coffee and milk is included.
We have the availability of 24 hour check in to your studio apartment. Once the booking has been made you will receive directions and entry details.
You will have full access to the Queenstown suite, the private car parking space and the semi-private tennis court. If you would like to borrow the racquets just let us know, though we might challenge you to a game ;)
The room is equipped with a sofa, “freeview” TV, fridge, kettle, toaster, a private en-suite bathroom and your own breakfast bar.
Access to laundry is restricted as is in main part of the house. We’re happy to let you use the washing machine and or dryer provided you give us advanced warning. There is a $6 surcharge for each machine per use ($12/wash and dry).
As previously mentioned you will have your own private parking spot suitable for one car but should you require a second or are arriving in an oversized vehicle, there is on-street parking available just around the corner.
Interaction with guests
We love Airbnb guests are happy to welcome you into our home but we both work full time and sometimes we’re unavailable to welcome our guests.
Some guests prefer a lot of interaction and other enjoy total privacy – we respect both and go with the flow, but we’re always available if you need anything.

There are a couple steps so the apartment are not wheelchair friendly but it is on the ground floor and easily accessable apart from the steps.
Check-in is flexible but please let us know when you’re arriving and we’ll make our best effort to greet you in person.
Check out is at 11am but again, we’re flexible and if we have no other bookings that day we are happy for you to have a late check out at no extra charge. Just let us know in advance and we’ll see what we can do.
Please be considerate, this is a quiet, residential area and our home so, as with all Airbnb homes, please respect our neighbours.
No smoking inside the apartment. If smoking outside please make sure the windows and doors of the apartment are shut – the room is equipped with a smoke alarm that is liable to go off otherwise.
A private parking space is available for the apartment so please don't park on the road
No additional guests unless by prior arrangement. Our listing is for 2 people but up to 2 more people can stay for a small per head surcharge.
NB: If you require both the bed and the sofa bed to be made up please book for at least 3 people.

I am originally from the UK, but have been travelling the world for the last few years.
I arrived in Queenstown 9 years ago for a 6 month working holiday and fell in love with the town.
I have been a host on airbnb for 3 years whist living in Austrailia and Canada.
We recently bought this house and are looking forward to hosting many more guests.
