The Condo is very Spacious and Comfortable with Beautiful Travertine Floors, Cafe Cabinets throughout, vaulted ceilings, Huge New Comfortable Leather Sofa and New 85" Smart TV, 1,600sf of Living Space w/ a 225sf terrace w/ Amazing Vantage Point of the Ocean to see all types of Boats, Dolphins, Whales, Surfers amongst other things. Premium, ample Garage parking w/ Additional Guest Parking. Fully equipped Kitchen, Premium Cable Package on main TV and 5G High Speed Internet. Paradise!

The space
The Pools and Jacuzzis' are OPEN from 10am-10pm Daily.

A HUGE comfortable leather couch w/ (4) Automatic Recliners, comfortable memory foam beds, comfortable outdoor sectional couch and 2 loungers. Smart TVs in each 2 of the 3 Bedrooms.

Parking:
There is (1) reserved parking space: Level 3, Space "U6-N4" - very close to the elevator. There is also overflow guest parking which the guard station can direct you on.

Access Notes:
First set of elevators won't go to lobby / pool area. Use the second set of elevators to get to the lobby (the elevators closest to the condo). You will need to see the Guard Station at check-in and they will need a copy of your photo IDs, they will also need all guest names

Quiet Hour:
Please be respectful of the noise level past 10:00 PM

Entertainment:
TV for family room – One Remote for cable and Netflix if you have an Account. Please remember to log out before you leave. We are not responsible for any unauthorized usage from leaving your account(s) logged in.

Guard Station:
The guard station is great for answering any facility or local questions

Laundry Detergent:
Please bring if you plan on using the washer and dryer.

Drains:
Please only flush toilet paper and flushable wipes. Please do not put grease, food, or coffee grounds down the kitchen sink/toilet

Food:
Please eat anything you want and feel free to leave food behind that is not perishable and please throw away leftovers or perishable food

Trash:
In Parking Garage; There is a Blue 55 Gallon Drum for trash which is 40’ past the reserved parking space between the 5th and 6th floor. Trash must be bagged and is picked up 1-2x Daily. Please dispose of all trash upon leaving.

Heating:
There are (4) Tower Space Heaters which can be set on different temperatures, speeds and can oscillate

Additional Towels:
8 Towels are provided. Please bring beach / pool towels as necessary.

Blankets:
please be sure to bring throw blankets for additional comfort.

More paper products / Supplies:
Under the sink vanities for Bathrooms and Under Kitchen Sink for Kitchen

Dishes:
Please wash, dry and put dishes away upon leaving.

Incidental Clean Up:
There is a Broom, Mop, Cleaning Solution and Microfiber Towel to clean incidentally during your stay. We don't clean during stays; unless special arrangements are made accordingly.

Condo Consists of (3) Bedrooms (2) Bathrooms (1,600sf of Living Space) w/ an exclusive 225sf Terrace. Full access to Community Areas which consists of (5) Jacuzzis, (3) Infinity Pools, Vollyball Court, Tennis Court, (5) Community Bathrooms, Terrace w/ Firepits, Etc. the gym and third level pulled jacuzzi is registered for owners only and not available for use. children are not allowed in the Jacuzzis.

Other things to note
You’ll be working directly with me, the owner — I’ve been a Superhost for 6 years and am proud to share my home with respectful guests. This is my personal residence, so please treat the space with care.
