Linda was a fantastic host, and her house was a great place to stay. The room is decently sized with a nice private adjoining bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and a quick walk to the green line/a short Uber/Lyft downtown. Wi-Fi wasn't spectacular, but other than that I have no complaints!

Everything was as described, we had no complaints. Very clean. Private bathroom was spacious. Note that bed is small (as described), so best for one person. Room and bathroom were well equipped with coffee making facilities, a fan, an iron, plenty of space for your clothes (but no full-body mirror). Location felt safe and was convenient enough for our purposes (Ubers to downtown were roughly 6$). We never met Linda in person, but that was not a problem for us.

Linda's place was quiet, comfortable, and in a great part of Navy Yard (blocks from the metro and restaurants). I stayed there for a full week and it was much more homey and relaxing than a hotel. The room is on the 3rd floor of her beautiful house -- a smaller bedroom with two nightstands and a tall bureau, with an ensuite bathroom. Everything was incredibly clean, easy to access, and efficient. I would definitely stay here again!

Linda was a wonderful host. She was there when we needed her - the check-in process was very smooth and she lent us a parking pass which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The room was fairly new, clean, and had everything that we needed. The double bed seemed like a full sized bed instead of a queen sized bed similar to European standards but it was fine for us. The location is good - close to the green subway line, a 10-15 minute walk to the orange/blue/silver subway lines, and a 10-15 minute walk to Capitol Hill. I would definitely stay at Linda's place again!

Linda is very welcoming & friendly. She ensures that you feel at home & comfortable. My room had its own bathroom & coffee maker. It was beautifully furnished & comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, but so close to everything including great public transport network. Highly recommend staying here if you want a quiet, yet central stay that feels like a home. Thanks Linda!

Linda's home is the full DC experience. Close to many dining hubs and the capital you are in walking distance of almost everything. And for those neighborhoods that are a bit farther away, the Metro is literally a 7 minute walk. Linda's room was cuter than the photos suggest and she was a lovely host. Also we had a pleasent surprise of a coffee pot in our bathroom stocked with all the fixings. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone ready to live the DC life.
