Peaceful top floor bedroom with private bathroom.
Quiet but close to the action. Tacos, donuts, pizza, local beer, cider, cake, ice cream and that's just what's a block from the house! A short walk to River Arts District, New Belgium, The Wedge, and some of the fun, delicious, often overlooked West Asheville destinations. A nearby bus stop takes you downtown for $1 or Uber for $6. Live like a lucky local!
A mix of modern and history. Downstairs the nearly 100 year old original hardwood floors provide a link to the past, while the solar panels on the roof provide a window to the future.
This house has been given a lot of love over the years and we hope you feel it too. The attic was renovated a couple years ago and is where you will be staying, our bedroom is downstairs. There is plenty of natural light and fresh air due to all the windows throughout the house. Also curtains, heating, and air if it ever gets too hot, sunny, or bright.
Guests will be free to use the kitchen and dining room, and relax in the den or on the porch if desired.
