SUPPLIES:
We only supply a starter kit of amenities, each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper, and bar of soap. The kitchen is supplied with a roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and a small dish soap/sponge. Guest will need to provide any needs after that.
PROPERTY: The entire condo is available to the guest, except a owners closet.
PARKING:
There is parking under the unit NO CHARGE. 2 car limit
DOOR CODES:
Your door code will be sent to you the day of arrival via a text message. PLEASE!! Make sure your phone number is correct on your reservation when booking.
EXTRAS:
There is a fee associated with Early check in or Late check out. Guest will need to contact host for approval. Those are handled on a case by case basis, they are not promised.
Other things to note
Vacation Homes Collection does not rent to groups of guests under 25 years through AirBNB. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction.
