This lil’ 1905 house has been totally renovated. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with quiet hours. The property is like a wildlife refuge. Please no pets to disrupt the wildlife and 2 of us one with allergies and the other with an auto immune. Thank you.

It has a distant, but wonderful view of the Juan de Fuca Straits.

One block east of Race St which goes up to Hurricane Ridge. Not far from downtown Port Angeles.

Several restaurants/coffee shops walking distance.

The space
The front of the house is no accessible from the street. The does drop off to the street with brush, trees and vegetation growing on the dropoff. This is actually what gives it a view.

Access is from the alley. A cement pad for parking is there. There is a huge American Chestnut tree.

The property is like a park including the wildlife that wander through. There is abundant food the wildlife eats in our NW surrounding. So please don’t feed any wildlife. Humans have a different immune system so we risk passing on bacteria, viruses or disease their systems may not handle. Thank you.

The view is distant but of the Juan de Fuca Straits. It is salt water and connects the Pacific ocean to the Puget Sound (south) and the Straight of Georgia (north). Very interesting to do an internet search if you like geography.

We hope to preserve its park like setting.

To enter the house go to the alley behind the house (south side).

Park on the cement pad. It is big enough for 2 vehicles.

Go up the cement stairs to the right. Follow the arrow to the right. The coded door is on the south east corner of the house.

Other things to note
East 8th St was dug down when it was put in. The front of the property is a streep hill with trees and bushes growing on it. Please no not try to climb on this area. Only the deer traverse this. Help us keep it that way. Please keep all living beings in your party away from the front if the property. The lawn is defined and grass is cut. Thank you.
