Light, spacious and well-equipped 2 bedroomed flat in Brixton. Situated 6 minutes walk from Brixton tube and from vibrant and trendy Brixton Village with all its restaurants, bars and shops.
Bedding : 2 bedrooms (1 King sized bed, 1 Double bed). Clean bed linen will be provided along with fresh towels. Please strip the beds when you are checking out.
Bathrooms: 1 separate loo, 1 bathroom with loo, power shower, basin, towel rail and underfloor heating.
Kitchen: fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, magi mix, NutriBullet, fridge, freezer, crockery, pots, pans, dishes etc. Kitchen table normally seats 6 but can be extended to seat up to 10 people.
Sitting room: Beautiful sitting room with 42" TV with Sky+, 2 comfortable sofas and plenty of space.
Utilities: Central heating, Wi-fi, Sky+ TV, Ironing board and iron, washing machine, speakers.
Flat is on the 1st and 2nd floor.
GREAT terrace off the kitchen with table and chairs for 4 to sit out in the summer!
Guests will have access to the entire flat.

Brixton is a brilliant area of London with a busy street vibe, only 15min from central London (Oxford Circus, Soho) via tube. There is a great cinema in the Ritzy, cool bars, nice restaurants in the village and around.
Brockwell park is only 15 min walk away and is perfect for a walk or a run and has a 50m Lido.
Supermarkets: Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury and Tesco, farmers market at Herne Hill every Sunday from 10am to 2pm.
Shopping: lots of small independent shops in the village, H&M, Morleys, TkMaxx, BodyShop, Boots, etc.
Favourite restaurants: Honest Burgers, Koa Sarn, The Salon, Wahaca, too many to choose from...
Favourite bars/pubs: The Effra (local pub, 2 minute walk away), Seven at Brixton (great cocktails), Craft Beer, Duke of Edinburgh, The Trinity Arms.

You are 6 minute walk from the centre of Brixton and the Victoria Line tube and rail, from which it is only:
7 minutes to Victoria
10 minutes to Oxford Circus
16 minutes to Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and Soho.
The Victoria Line will soon be running all night on weekends, so getting home is easier than ever. We are also quite literally spoilt for choice of handy bus routes.
If you want to drive out of London, the nearby A23 takes you south to the M25 (orbital) and straight to Gatwick.
No smoking in the flat. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace; please do use the ash trays provided and dispose of the butts at the end of your stay.
We recycle all the usual, please put this in the black bin behind the kitchen door. Both bins are collected on a Monday evening. Please take your rubbish out at the end of your stay and leave it in the bins at the front of the house. Recycling is left loose next to the bins.
The flat will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Please leave the flat clean and tidy at the end of your stay.
Four keys will be provided - 2 for the front door, 2 for the flat door. For everyone's security, if any keys are missing at the end of the stay both door locks will need to be changed at your expense (about £190). The keys to the terrace will be left in the kitchen above the bread bin.
Please be considerate toward the neighbours, especially when it comes to noise at night.
