~We have a “FIRM” guest policy. All guests that plan to stay in this space must be accounted for. The second bedroom has a keypad lock. This code will be provided for guests with accurate reservation.

2 Bedrooms are available, and shown in the photos. However, if there is only 1 guest on your reservation, the keypad code for the second bedroom will not be provided. We do not offer two bedrooms to one person.

This home is located:
- 15 mins South of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport
- 25 mins South of Mercedes-Benz Stadium (Atlanta)
- 25 mins North of Atlanta Motor Speedway (Hampton)
- 25 mins North of Trilith Studios (Fayetteville)

Please note the following before booking:
-This is a “budget” offering, NOT a luxury hotel. Nearby hotels for this size typically charge much more. This house was recently remodeled and furnished, but it’s an old home, so certain imperfections should be expected. We work hard to provide a great experience for our guests, but please have realistic expectations!

- The lower level of the home (Unit B, bottom floor) is occupied by a seperate guest.

- Dog in backyard, and stays only in the backyard. Has no access to front yard, or driveway.

- Large gatherings, "get-to-gether's" or hosting any type of event is strictly prohibited.

If any of these could potentially be a problem for you, we kindly suggest that you book elsewhere. Otherwise, we look forward to hosting you! :)
