Our home offers a spacious guest room on the first floor with two single beds. It's close to the bus terminus, Hospital Mater Dei and University campus. Visitors has access to a shared fridge and bathroom. Ideal for both short and long stays, especially University and medical students at Mater Dei or for a holiday as from the bus terminus you can go to most places in Malta. The room can be also be rented by one person.
50c Eco tax per night/person with a maximum of 5euro. to be paid on arrival
The room consist of two single beds, wardrobe, table, chair, two bedside table and three seater sofa.
Also a kettle with sugar, tea, coffee is provided.
Hairdryer available on request.
Shared shower room and shared fridge with just the room next door. Maximum of two persons from the other room.
Wifi is provided for free at no extra charge.
Laundry - for one week stay or longer one load per week can be done for free.
Additional laundry will be done at a small fee of 4 euro.
Cleaning is done for free at no extra charge. Shower room will be cleaned on a daily basis.
Bath towel and bed sheets are also provided.
Laundry sheets are changed weekly.
Towels can be changed daily.
AC can also be provided for an extra charge of 2 euros daily.
You will have access to the roof terrace, shower and dining area and kitchen.
You can also use the kitchen to cook, plates, pots, utensils are all provided just get your own food and ingredients and clean after yourself and put back things in there place.

A shared fridge is available on the first floor just between your room and room next door which hold maximum of two people.
Interaction with guests
We speak Maltese, English, Italian and few words in French.
We love to speak to with you and share experiences.
Also we like to help around with any questions you might have and even suggest nice places in Malta.
If you want we can also show you around our block where you can buy some toiletries, food, drinks, bus terminus etc.
Other things to note
If you are coming from the airport during the night you can opt for the shuttle bus which is the cheapest way but you need to book before arrival. Or get taxi from the airport no need to book before, or book taxi before.
If you arrive during the day you can get a bus, public transport just from out side the airport and stop at Mater Dei hospital terminus.L IMSIDA SPTAR 1 is the bus stop name that you need to stop at. This is the cheapest way but only available during the day.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, however you can smoke on the roof.
Strictly no smoking in the rooms.
No loud music / noise. Respect others.
No friends allowed in the house.
Kitchen can be used from seven am to ten pm, please get your own food and clean after and put things in place.
Keep room tidy.
Keep bathroom tidy, rinse shower after use.
