Walk to cafes, shops, bars, beaches, parks, playgrounds, skate parks, Westfield Marion. Everything is close!

Not to mention the BBQ, HUGE trampoline, toys/games, beach towels/trolley, boogie boards, umbrella.

Enjoy tea/coffee & gift on arrival.

A 3 bedroom original double brick home. Kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a huge backyard with outdoor patio and storage for bikes etc.

A BBQ is provided for guest use.

Quiet, safe and extremely family friendly neighbourhood. Multiple playgrounds around the corner, footy field, lacrosse field, ovals, rugby club.

Off street parking for free under the carport.

Extremely private property and everything is within a few minutes walk away! Location is EXCELLENT!
