My place is a large and light filled one bedroom apartment (with a bed topped with hotel quality linen, professionally cleaned after every stay). The unit also has a generous living area and separate study. Double doors in the lounge open onto a small courtyard bringing the outdoors inside. It's located within a small, secure apartment complex with intercom access and friendly neighbours.
You'll be close to some of Melbourne's nicest parks and gardens, the beautiful Exhibition Buildings and Melbourne Museum. You're also close to some of Melbourne's best food and nightlife districts including Brunswick St, Fitzroy, and the laneway bars of the CBD.
My place includes wifi, office with desk and printer/scanner/copier, laundry, clothes drier, ironing facilities, kitchen with microwave, oven, gas cooktop and dishwasher, aircon/heater and electric blankets for Melbourne's chillier winter nights.
My place runs on 100% renewable energy. We love recycling and we provide environmentally friendly cleaning and body products.
Free secure underground parking is located beneath the complex with lift access to the apartment and street. Please note that the carpark entrance is tight and can only fit in small cars (I.e. sedan).
Street access is via a secure entrance off Little Cardigan Street.
Two sets of keys will be made available to you via a secure keysafe. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to check yourself in.
No shared amenities, the entire apartment is all yours to enjoy.
Interaction with guests
We want you to have a great stay in Melbourne.
We don’t meet all of our guests in person, but we are always available over the phone or via Airbnb message to help you out or answer your questions.

1) Please treat your apartment like your grandma’s! Strictly no parties and no smoking inside.
2) Please leave your apartment tidy and don’t throw anything from the balcony. Place things back where you found them.
3) Communicate any issues you have as soon as you become aware of them so we can lend a helping hand.
