⛔ There is a work next to the building and the working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.
- Registration and Authorization: the condominium requests data and photo of the identity document/CNH/Dni of all guests, which must be sent in the chat after confirmation of the reservation.
- Check-in and check-out: It is important to respect the check-in times from 3 pm to 10 pm, and check out until 10 am.
- Delivery of keys: Building without ordinance, the keys are delivered in person in front of the building, according to the time to be agreed. (Check-in only until 10 p.m.).
- Residential Building: Building rules must be complied with, and guests are subject to a fine. Access only to confirmed and identified guests of the reservation, and visits only with prior authorization. Respect the Law of Silence, and parties are not permitted under any circumstance. Attention to the use of the garage, correct disposal of garbage and use of common areas.
- There is no play area or pool available for guests.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Tension of the sockets in Santa Catarina is 220V.
