The flat is located in Strasnice - neighboring with Vrsovice, Zizkov and Vinohrady - they're very connected with heaps of culture. You're in the center in about 15 minutes (even after midnight) and still, the location is nice and quite. There is a massive climbing wall and skate park too. The flat by itself has 3 rooms and the kitchen. It suits to solo travelers, groups of friends, families or like a romantic trip. The flat is not a party place, but nice dinner or just simply socializing is fine.
The Strasnice district is a great choice for everyone. The flat is located in the wider center. There is a big public playground with a huge skate park, climbing wall, football & basketball pitch, and a three Beach Volleyball courts (All covered and heated out of the season) and a huge playground for kids. That brings a good vibe to all quarter. Just next to the skatepark is also a mini golf ground. There are few shops in the area, including Billa and Lidl ( the biggest ones around) and many small groceries shops open till late.
There is not that much nightlife in the are, but that doesn't mean, there is no option! First of all, there are 4 GOOD pubs and restaurants in distance of 10 minutes walk from the flat and secondary, you're in Vrsovice/Vinohrady/Zizkov in 15 minutes. The same for Wenceslav and Oldtown square which offers heaps of the nightlife of Prague.
I'm a local, so you can count on my advices for all the time of your stay.
You can use pretty much all the flat. I'm staying in the flat from time to time, but not really much. I have some clothes in the wardrobes, but that is well separated from the spaces prepared for you. The flat is super tidy and ready for your visit.
Interaction with guests
Obviously, I'm going to be helpful as much as I can! I got my job and everything which comes to a regular life in one place, but I've been traveling quite a lot as well and I always appreciated some advises from locals.
After I returned from my travels, I was guiding Prague so I can give you a lot of tips where to go, what to avoid, where to order a cake and where beer.
If there will be a time for it, we can even hang out!
But one thing is more than certain; You'll always have my number to call me when you need anything.
Other things to note
It really depends on what are you up to. One thing is certain; There is a great central heating in the flat, so for you guys who're not used to winters, we have nice and warm flats here!
And with the other stuff... We can always make the things working.
98,8% people will find those rules obvious. From my experience, there is always some exception.) So please, just agree with them and keep them in the mind, thanks!.))
Be nice and friendly to the neighbors
Don't enter the private wardrobes
Don't use another towels&bedding without any notice, please
Keep the place clean
Keep the flat quite between 10 PM - 8 AM (No parties please)
I'm an easy-going person, born and raised in Prague. I love good food and drink and a good company. Live for sunsets and sunrises and defo cannot live without traveling. Last year I spent by traveling around the New Zealand.
What you can expect? If I'm hoping in staying in your place, then you wouldn't probably know about me much. I'm always somewhere out there, discovering the new location, meeting new people or just chilling somewhere with a good coffee or nice drink and some nice view. We can obviously grab a couple of beers, or we can even become friends. You never know, right?
While I'm being your host. Well, that's pretty much the same as while I'm traveling haha. Not a "home person" too much. Always running around or just not staying at home that often.
So that's it. And of course, I can guide you trough all Prague without the feeling being a tourist haha.))
