This is a large apartment, consisting of 3 main bedrooms, all with a private balcony, climate control and high ceilings throughout the main areas and rooms. The property also has a bonus room in the "entrepiso” or loft area. This 4th bedroom is only accessible by steep stairs. It's an open loft kind of bedroom with a pull out "murphy" bed and another single bed, plus a small desk. Because the 4th room is a bonus room, it has lower ceilings, no AC or private door. This space works for many but not all guests. The property will comfortably sleep 6 guests in the main areas and 2 more in the “entrepiso” if required.
Master suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Another large bathroom is located across the other 2 bedrooms. An additional half bath can be used by all guests as well. All 3 main rooms include closet space.
The kitchen is an open concept, and the apartment has both a living room, as well as a family room and dining area. The open concept allows for a great way for guests to dine and spend time together while having plenty of space to move around.
