There is a wooden deck on the 1st floor and a balcony on the 2nd floor.
Air conditioning is installed in the bedroom on the ground floor and the living room on the second floor. (The Japanese-style room is right next to the living room, so if you open the sliding door, the air conditioner will work without any problems.)

This facility is a private rental villa.
Feel free to use all areas, except for some of the warehouses, as your own private home.
You will use a lockbox to enter.

About noise
The area around the facility is very quiet.
Please refrain from making loud noises and playing music at high volumes at night.
About smoking.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony,
please use the ashtray provided.
Please refrain from littering as it may cause a fire.
About Bugs
Because it is a facility located in the middle of the natural environment, there are many insects from spring to summer, and they may enter the room.
Please note that we are taking measures as much as possible, but it is difficult to prevent them completely.
Mosquito incense and insecticide are available in the room.
Fireworks
Fireworks are completely prohibited.
If you have a firework that does not make a sound, it is allowed on the Akazawa coast, a 15-minute drive away, so please enjoy it there.

About the number of guests
Prices vary depending on the number of people. Please be sure to let me know if there are any changes to the number of people on your reservation.
If there is a difference from the number of people booked, we will charge an additional penalty fee of 1.5 times the total amount.
About cleaning for consecutive night stays
Basically, we don't clean for consecutive nights.
Loss of equipment
Please refrain from taking home the equipment.
We will charge the actual cost if it is damaged.
