About this listing
A perfect setting for nearby concerts (see photo) , beaches and attractions!
This charming place is just in back of my Chula Vista home, on 2 acres, surrounded by roses, and nearly 2 acres of grounds. A full kitchen is included, w/a washer/dryer. It has a double (full) bed, and a twin memory foam mattress. I have plenty of off-street parking. The Cottage is private, but you can call or text me for any needs. Come and relax in a beautiful setting, near all that San Diego has to offer.
The cottage sits on a gated 2 acre property, next to a cool barn, and in back of my 1896 home. The space is about 800 square feet, with a ginormous kitchen, and a full bathroom. It has a double (full) bed, plus an additional folding memory foam mattress if desired. You are secluded, but minutes away from downtown San Diego, concert venues, all area beaches, and Mexico.
You have full privacy - the place is yours for your stay. The property is gated, and you will be provided with a gate controller.
Interaction with guests
I will be here at check-in, and will be available as you need me, but don't worry. I will not hover.
Other things to note
I have a friendly dog, several outdoor cats, and various shades of wildlife. Who knows - you might see our neighborhood fox!
