Nested in a sacred space of Baler, Aurora, this villa is fronting the mangrove beach and is directly accessing the Cobra Reef break, one of the Philippines' best surfing and hydro foiling spot suitable for all levels.

Recalibrate yourself in the sandy front yard or set up your WFH station in the open living space as you enjoy wandering through the peaceful surroundings. This Villa is ready for you for all sorts of grounding.

The space
The villa is fully fenced. A villa fit for two to three people with a comfortable workspace and a full-size mirror. We have a small grill for guests to use at their convenience, provided they bring their own charcoal. The shared kitchen is fully functional with complete kitchenware, diningware, and drinking water. To add, it also has basic condiments for consumption.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire villa when booked. They also have access to the mangrove garden/beach in front.

Other things to note
Mindfulness in the consumption of energy in the villa is key. Oftentimes, the province experiences power outages, and guests won’t be able to feel this because of the solar system set up. Hence, it is recommended to always minimize the use of electricity to save power stored in the battery for back-up.

The water heater and both ACs are not connected to the solar system. If the guests experience them not working, there is a power outage. They can still use the lights, fans, and outlets.

After being born and raised in the city, I moved to a quiet and peaceful place of Baler and started my journey as an Architect that focuses on sustainability, along with my husband that supports my visions and builds them, while we are both parents of two. I am also a yoga & meditation teacher, and a surfer. I love grounding myself through nature especially in water. I continue my love for the planet by keeping it clean and spreading awareness through Ocean Care Movement, a non-profit organization--and hope that you can help spread it, too. Aside from keeping the place clean, using reusable items and steering away from single use plastic would be of big help, since there is no garbage collection in the area, and we end up recycling our own waste. One conscious effort can go a long way! :) Valuing the privacy of guests, you won't see me or my family in the premises during your stay. But you may reach me at any time of the day if necessary.
