We offer a comfortable master suite with a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom, providing you with the perfect sanctuary during your stay.

For your convenience and security, we utilize the Yale Access smart door lock system and provide unique code access to each room, ensuring hassle-free keyless entry to the front door.

The space
Our townhouse spans three floors. 

While we regretfully do not have designated parking for guests, we provide complimentary street parking during your stay. 

Kindly ensure you check street signs for scheduled cleaning days and hours, and be mindful not to obstruct our neighbors' driveways. 

To avoid any inconvenience, please refrain from parking on our premises, as our neighbors strictly enforce towing regulations. 

I greatly appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines.

Guest access
We extend a warm invitation to all guests to utilize our kitchen and laundry facilities. 

Laundry services are available at a rate of $15 per load for washing and drying. 

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

During your stay
We provide limited interaction with guests. 

However, we are dedicated to meeting your needs promptly and are pleased to arrange for any supplies that may be lacking during your stay. 

Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Other things to note
1. No guests or parties allowed.

2. Please remove shoes upon entry.

3. Strict prohibition on illegal activities (including underage drinking, drugs, etc.).

4. Recreational drug use, including marijuana, is not permitted.

5. Smoking cigarettes, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited. Guests will be subject to a $500 fine for smoking inside our room, home, or anywhere on our premises, including the parking area and turf area.

6. Respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am.

7. With the exception of service animals or ESAs, pets are not permitted.

8. Please dispose of trash properly.

9. Kindly wash dishes and clean common areas after use.

Zero tolerance policy: Non-compliance with these rules will result in immediate eviction from our home with no refunds.
