Listed cottage, with exposed timbers throughout in centre of pretty Norfolk village. Recently renovated with all new fittings and fixtures, including new kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable and cosy. Easy access to Norfolk attractions and transport.
Single open plan living space comprising dining area, sitting area and part partitioned kitchen area. Space heaters and multi fuel stove. Opens onto small private sunny rear yard with planted pots and table/chairs. Staircase leads to small landing which opens onto double and single bedrooms, both of which access the bathroom directly.
Downstairs sofabed means that the house can accommodate up to 5 people (at a squash!) with a small additional fee to cover the cost of the additional laundry.
The whole space is available for use. There is ample hanging space on a rail within main bedroom and the chest of drawers in the main bedroom is empty (hairdryer in top drawer).
Interaction with guests
This is a holiday home and I live some distance away. However, family members are close by and will offer support if needed.
Other things to note
Parking is immediately outside the cottage or along the side of the marketplace at 90 degrees to the house. Whilst not officially resident parking spaces, this is locally accepted as such.
Internet (wifi) access available. Vodafone mobile network has a good signal; other networks are poor.
Bose speaker accepts iphone, ipod etc
This is a quiet Norfolk village and a semi-detached house. Please keep noise at a reasonable level. You will hear the birds singing in the morning!
The house will be clean when you arrive and beds will be made up for your use. Please leave clean and tidy.
Please no smoking and no pets.
