Hullbrook Court is a charming and original Victorian farm courtyard home built in 1881 with peaceful country surroundings in the pretty Surrey Hills village of Shamley Green.

This tranquil home is fitted with modern amenities, fully-fitted kitchen, stylish bathrooms & high-speed Starlink WiFI.

Village green, shop and two pubs 5min walk. Easy access to A3 and key towns of Guildford, Godalming, Dorking & Horsham. London Waterloo Station 35mins. Heathrow & Gatwick airport 45mins.

Newly repainted and redecorated with some new furniture and original antique pieces. Main bathroom has underfloor heating.

Other things to note
We have some brown hens on site and we’re very happy to include some fresh organic free range eggs!
