The apartment is only a 10 to15-minute walk away from the town centre. It takes 2 minutes to come to the ski slope by car. The apartment is on the secoond floor of a block of flats and it is about 30 m2 big. It has a balcony, a separate bathroom (with a shower, a sink and a toilet), a living space with a kitchen corner (a cooker, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and microwave), a dining table and two separated bed and pull out sofa. Apartment is renovated in 2016 and has really modern furniture. Studio apartment is suitable for 4 people, pets are welcome.
The apartment is of very reasonable price and it is suitable for couples or families with one or two small children.
Guests can use whole apartment, basment and free parking space infront of the building. Also guests can use two bikes free of charge.
Interaction with guests
We live about 40 km from Kranjska Gora but as renting apartment is our work we are available for our guests 24/7. We are team of few people and someone of us can help you immediately if you need it.
Other things to note
You must provide ID details because we must check you in a police station.
Upon arrival we collect tourist tax, 1,27 EUR per adult per day and 0,64 EUR per child per day.
One hour before arrival please call us on our numb(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and someone from our team will come to welcome you.
Please consider following guidelines during your stay:
•Apartment check-in is from 2 p.m.
•Apartment check-out is until 10 a.m.
•Noise disturbs other neighbouring residents. Night quietness is expected from 10 in the evening till 6 in the morning.
•Although we have never experienced any problems, owners of apartment or property manager cannot guarantee the safety of your vehicles in the parking spaces.
•Please always close the windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
•When leaving the apartment, all the electronics appliances, including lights, should be switched off to conserve energy, avoid accident fires and keep the apartment safe.
•If any appliances in your premises are not functioning, please report the problem to the property manag(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
•In case of property damage, the actual cost of repair can be charge.
•Final cleaning is included in your price, however we reserve the right to charge from 50 – 150 EUR for extreme situations. Garbage must be taken out of the apartment and the dishes must be washed before departure. We also advise you to remove all used food from the apartment as well.
•When leaving, please remember to return all the keys to the property manager.

ESTABLISHING THE COMPANY
The company Agenija was established in August 2010. Agenija is a coinage from AGEnija (Slovenian word for agency), NIna and JAka that was proposed by Jaka’s mother.
GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY
Our initial idea was to create a sub-agent tourist agency; however, we decided to move in another direction and landed in tourism real estate management.
Each year we improve and upgrade the system for managing the properties while the way our company initially worked has changed due to the experiences we have gained so far.
Over the years our company has grown, as well as our team, and each year we get new clients.
OUR TYPICAL WORKING DAY
Our typical working day has changed a little bit since 2014 when a new family member came into our lives.
Nowadays I normally stays home and works on the computer while Jaka is on the ground, taking care of the cleanliness and the maintenance of our apartments. He also makes sure that our guests have everything they need.
Together we are whole. – Jaka is very thorough, attentive and more determined than Nina while she is very inventive, more flexible and always thinks in advance.
Throughout the day we are spouses and business partners all at once – these roles inseparably intertwine in our private and businesses spheres. This kind of partnership works very well for us and we cannot imagine our lives any different.
Sometimes we get into an argument very easily, but manage to reach a compromise within three minutes. We often disagree; however, our disagreements might lead us to the best solutions.
We both enjoy family life, as well as are pleased to have our own company and we would not change that for anything in this world.
