Welcome to your Tahoe retreat! Nestled in a prime West Shore neighborhood, this vacation home offers everything you need for a memorable stay. A short walk takes you to the area’s best restaurants and bars, markets, plus exclusive beach access complete with BBQs, volleyball, and basketball zones just for residents called Tahoe Park. Or relax on the piers located within the park as well. Always be sure to ask what games they have at the front booth for any extra entertainment. Approximately 1 mile from downtown Tahoe City also makes for the perfect walk or bike to town distance with a scenic bike path leading the way. The home is also located within the service area of TART Connect, a free taxi service for the northern Tahoe region. A true park your car and leave it, Lake Tahoe experience.

Adventure awaits just across the street, with bike, boat, paddleboard, and kayak rentals, so you can jump right into Tahoe’s outdoor playground. Plus for skiers and snowboarders, the Sherwood Shuttle stop is within walking distance, offering direct access to Palisades Tahoe at Alpine without the hassle of parking— or drive to the slopes in just 15 minutes! Tahoe city Golf course is just a 5 minute drive into town. Hiking trails can be accessed from a multitude of nearby locations within the neighborhood or just down the westshore. Back at home, unwind in the cozy hot tub tucked behind the house. Grill out on the BBQ and gather around the fire pit on the large scenic viewing deck. Plenty of deck seating available for gathering around the fire and enjoying cocktails and conversation at all times of the day. The lawn is perfect for games and family fun. While others wait for parking, you can relax on the deck and wait till the very moment you wish to go and enjoy the local hot spot. There are 3 private rooms and a 4th room perfect for kids or close friends with full sized bunk beds and a large TV. Another large TV is located in the open living room connected to the kitchen providing a great layout for relaxing without separating everyone.
