44 High Street is a wonderful holiday home that sleeps 8 people located in the heart of St David's, Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Set in the centre of this bustling tiny city, its shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs are just yards from your door.
The space
Renovated throughout, the house retains all its original charm with beams, exposed stone walls and feature fire places, it is furnished in a stylish mix of antique pieces with a modern twist.
The hallway which gives plenty of space for coats and walking boots leads to the lounge/dining area with its wonderful wooden floor, cosy sofas and wood burning stove ensuring cosy evenings. Double doors open through to the brand new, well-equipped, modern kitchen, allowing you to enjoy open plan living. Stairs from the lounge lead to the characterful double and twin bedrooms above with a king and another twin on the top floor nestling in the eaves. Two bathrooms with showers, washbasins and toilets are located in the first floor with a further bathroom on the top floor.
A French door leads out to the rear courtyard with steps up to a raised paved patio, a lovely spot to enjoy an alfresco meal on a summer’s evening and gives easy access to the rear parking.

Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this stunning, rugged coast with its picturesque coves. There is something for everyone, a boat trip to Ramsey Island should not be missed especially in September to see the seal pups and be amazed by the bird and wild life.
